




Job Summary: Responsible for assigning, guiding, and supervising team activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and integration of employees ASSIGN, GUIDE, AND SUPERVISE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE TEAM UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. * MONITOR SERVICE EXECUTION, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES, TECHNICAL STANDARDS, AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. * MONITOR EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE, PUNCTUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE, REPORTING INCIDENTS TO MANAGEMENT. * SUPPORT THE TRAINING AND INTEGRATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES. * IDENTIFY RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS (MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR) AND COMMUNICATE THEM TO MANAGEMENT. * DOCUMENT AND REPORT RESULTS, DEVIATIONS, INCIDENTS, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. * ENSURE WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION AND PROPER USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE). * SERVE AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN THE OPERATIONAL TEAM AND SUPERVISION/COORDINATION. REQUIREMENTS: * COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION (TECHNICAL COURSE OR QUALIFICATION IN THE FIELD IS PREFERRED). * PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A TEAM LEADER OR IN A RELATED OPERATIONAL ROLE. * BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY STANDARDS AND OPERATIONAL ROUTINES; * PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SANITATION.
