Let’s build the future of luxury hospitality—together! **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Maintain and enhance the beauty of the gardens. * Perform pruning, planting, fertilization, and irrigation of plants. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s green areas. * Identify plant pests and diseases and apply appropriate treatments. * Collaborate with other gardening and landscaping professionals as part of a team. * Operate brush cutters. * Tend to the herb garden daily. * Request necessary materials from the responsible department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Prior experience as a gardener is desirable. * Knowledge of gardening techniques, landscaping, and green area maintenance is desirable. * Ability to identify various types of plants, flowers, and trees. * Proficiency in operating gardening equipment such as lawnmowers and sprayers. * Attention to detail and refined aesthetic sense. * Proactivity. * Dynamism and agility. * Organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow hotel guidelines. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * Guesthouse cafeteria; * Airfare (Recife ↔ Fernando de Noronha) upon hiring and during vacations; * Health insurance; * Shared accommodation; * Laundry service; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Vacation every six months; * Birthday Day Off (one (01\) day off during the month of your birthday) **Hiring Process Stages:** ---------------------- * Registration * Chat with HR * Chat with Leadership * Approval \+ Offer Letter * Hiring **Our Work Philosophy:** -------------------------------- We value a collaborative and inclusive workplace where open communication is essential.
