How about being part of this energy? **\#VemSerMoura**! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** * **Perform Personnel Department activities: onboarding entries, benefits administration, and guidance to employees; * Provide internal customer service to address inquiries regarding benefits, onboarding, or other HR-related topics; * Interface with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to monitor employee service requests; * Manage and process HR and Management payroll disbursements; * Execute the corporate recognition events and initiatives schedule; * Monitor the training schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***Education:*** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward). ***You’ll stand out if you have:*** * At least 1 year available for the internship; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day; * Intermediate Excel skills; **Additional Information** ***What do we offer?*** In our unique Moura way, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
