Today, the Campari Group ranks as the sixth-largest global player in the premium alcoholic beverage industry. * **IDENTIFICATION** **Title:** Production Operator I **Department:** Bottling **Reports to (Position):** Production Coordinator / Production Supervisor * **OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **OBJECTIVE** Operate low-complexity equipment within packaging lines, ensuring continuous and safe production operations. Responsible for meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards in assigned tasks, with emphasis on learning and technical growth. * **RESPONSIBILITIES** **OPERATION AND PERFORMANCE:*** Operate specific low-complexity equipment (e.g., bottle feeders, automatic cappers, conveyors). * Perform basic operational checks at the start and during the shift. * Supply equipment with raw materials and ensure continuous production flow. * Execute setup and minor adjustments with support from more experienced operators. * Complete simple production records under guidance. **QUALITY AND SAFETY:*** Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations. * Perform operational cleaning and equipment sanitization. * Identify anomalies and initiate maintenance work orders. * Comply with applicable certification requirements. **TECHNICAL AND TEAM CONTRIBUTIONS:*** Participate in autonomous maintenance routines – Step 1 (cleaning, inspection, and anomaly identification). * Suggest improvements to equipment performance and line organization. * Collaborate with other line operators to ensure operational synchronization. * Attend operational and safety training sessions organized by the department. **RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT:** Work in accordance with hygiene, cleaning, and safety standards, complying with FSSC22\.000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.* **COMPETENCIES / SKILLS** **Behavioral Skills:*** Discipline and safety focus * Responsibility in equipment operation * Proactivity in resolving simple issues * Teamwork and respect for hierarchy * Curiosity and interest in technical development. **Technical Competency / Desired:*** Operation of industrial equipment * Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S * Familiarity with safety routines * **QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Completed high school **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in beverage packaging lines * Participation in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) routines – Step 1\) * Ongoing technical education * **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Performance indicators:* Equipment performance under your responsibility * Adherence to operational and safety routines * Organization and cleanliness of your workstation * Participation in departmental training sessions and meetings **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:** At the Campari Group, we believe that creating impact together means valuing diversity in all its forms.
