Manage recruitment and selection processes for various departments and organizational levels. Implement and monitor HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. Design and administer organizational climate surveys, proposing action plans. Plan and deliver leadership training and development programs. Work closely with teams to foster engagement, organizational culture, and effective internal communication. Develop and standardize internal HR processes aligned with senior management and other departments. Provide support on Personnel Department-related matters and coordinate with the Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT). Previous experience as HR Director, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
