Expanding work environment with significant development potential We are looking for communicative, proactive, and sales- and pet-loving professionals to sell pet insurance plans, contributing to the care and well-being of animals and their owners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct consultative sales of pet insurance plans * Proactively prospect clients (in-person, by phone, and/or digitally) * Provide customer service focused on experience and relationship building * Follow up on leads and close sales * Meet sales targets and commercial KPIs **Requirements:** * Sales experience (experience in service sales is a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile * Proficiency in public-facing customer service **Employment Type:** * CLT employment regime **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 1739.21 + daily, weekly, and monthly commissions * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) or basic food basket **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 * Saturdays: 09:00 to 13:00 **?** **What We Offer:** * Professional growth opportunity * Structured career development plan * Expanding work environment with significant development potential
