Empathetic and proactive approach to ensure a positive student experience * Conduct continuous student monitoring to ensure attendance, performance, and engagement in academic activities. * Maintain active communication with students and their guardians, providing guidance, clarifying doubts, and strengthening relationships. * Identify academic, behavioral, or administrative difficulties and refer them to the responsible departments. * Support student retention and satisfaction by seeking preventive solutions to attrition. * Update internal records and tracking systems related to attendance, performance, and support provided. * Act empathetically and proactively to contribute to a positive student experience at the institution.
