Job Summary: Professional responsible for continuously monitoring students, maintaining active contact, identifying difficulties, and supporting retention and satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Empathetic and proactive approach to the student experience * Conduct continuous student monitoring, ensuring attendance, performance, and engagement in academic activities. * Maintain active contact with students and guardians, providing guidance, clarifying doubts, and strengthening relationships. * Identify academic, behavioral, or administrative difficulties and refer them to the responsible departments. * Support student retention and satisfaction by seeking preventive solutions to attrition. * Update internal records and controls related to attendance, performance, and completed interactions. * Act empathetically and proactively, contributing to a positive student experience at the institution.
