Encouragement of autonomy and engagement in studies We are looking for an Academic Tutor to provide guidance and support to students, contributing to a more approachable, welcoming, and efficient academic experience. Main Responsibilities: Accompany and guide students in their academic needs; support the learning process and clarify doubts; encourage autonomy, engagement, and organization in studies; monitor performance and contribute to a positive academic experience. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Basic knowledge of digital tools. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Currently pursuing or completed higher education; Experience in customer service, education, or academic routines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Partner programs and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
