




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing hiring, termination, payroll, and labor obligations, ensuring compliance and providing support to employees. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of hiring, termination, and payroll processes 2. Focus on labor and social security compliance 3. Direct support and assistance to employees Carry out employee hiring and termination procedures, including document verification and organization; Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping systems, hour banks, and work schedules; Assist in payroll processing, verifying statutory contributions and benefits (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, VT, VR, VA, among others); Issue and verify payment slips (GFIP, GPS, DARF); Manage files and maintain up-to-date employee records (physical and digital); Monitor periodic medical examinations; Track collective bargaining agreements; Handle employee termination and offboarding procedures; Monitor leaves of absence, medical certificates, and vacation periods; Support employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, payslips, etc.; Assist in organizing admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations; Assist in verifying ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF); Ensure proper fulfillment of labor and social security obligations; Support the HR department in efficient people and internal process management; Minimize labor liability risks through documentary and procedural compliance; Ensure high-quality employee service and reliability of personnel information; Contribute to departmental agility and organization.
