




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing parts and accessories, ensuring inventory efficiency and supplying genuine items to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving, inspection, and organization of parts and accessories. 2. Inventory control and organization applying the 5S methodology. 3. Ensuring inventory efficiency and supply of genuine parts. The professional is responsible for receiving and inspecting parts and accessories from suppliers—including returns—and reporting any anomalies found to management. Controls inventory organization in compliance with storage standards, applies the 5S concept, and ensures proper part storage according to location. Enters parts into the internal management system, sorts and registers items, monitors and updates the pending parts dashboard, assists in counting for partial and full inventories, and maintains updated records at least every six months. Ensures inventory efficiency for supplying genuine parts and accessories to customers, maintaining minimum stock levels at the dealership. Prepares parts in advance for next-day scheduled services using dedicated shelving to expedite delivery to technicians. Organizes specific shelves for special orders, immobilized vehicles (VOR), and warranty-replaced parts, ensuring availability per manufacturer policy.
