




Job Summary: This role involves assisting in the organization and supervision of students across various activities, supporting teachers and coordinating pedagogical initiatives, as well as mediating conflicts and documenting incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support to students and teachers in pedagogical activities. 2. Active participation in the organization of educational events and projects. 3. Conflict mediation and promotion of a positive school environment. · Assist in organizing student entry and dismissal; · Support the Discipline Coordinator in organizing recess and diverse activities; · Accompany teachers during activities conducted both inside and outside the classroom; · Support the Physical Education teacher during classes; · Participate in the creation and implementation of pedagogical displays and activities; · Participate in and assist with events, fairs, integration games, and other pedagogical initiatives; · Support bathing, hygiene, meals, nap time, and other responsibilities related to Early Childhood Education; · Monitor inclusive students alongside the lead teacher; · Administer medications only with written authorization and instructions recorded in the agenda by parents or guardians; · Provide first aid under the supervision of the Pedagogical Coordination; · Seek guidance from the Pedagogical Coordination for clarification and redirection of actions; · Respect and comply with deadlines and instructions; · Perform other duties relevant and necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. · Ensure proper disposal of materials in accordance with established guidelines; Suggest sponsorships and partnerships for the development of projects and services; Attend internal events that encourage the creation and maintenance of a cultural environment; · Apply disciplinary norms and procedures consistently and fairly. · Mediate conflicts among students, promoting dialogue and peaceful resolution. · Address students in situations of misbehavior firmly, respectfully, and educationally. · Document incidents clearly, objectively, and systematically. · Communicate assertively with students, teachers, management staff, and families. · Identify risk situations and act preventively.
