Description: THE GLOW WE SEEK Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Benefits administration experience. * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. TO ENHANCE THIS GLOW Desirable: * Public-facing service experience. * Integrated systems relevant to the area. * Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS). YOUR TYPICAL DAY * Submit information and documents to the corporate office regarding employee and dependent enrollment, removal, and registration updates for company-offered benefits, following established procedures; * Assist employees and the corporate office, as needed, with document organization and basic guidance regarding life insurance; * Process reimbursement requests for childcare allowance and special education allowance per internal policies, and guide employees on related procedures; * Ensure system maintenance with necessary information for monthly issuance of transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food vouchers, and pharmacy cards, performing required verifications and updates; * Support verification, closing, and posting of invoices and purchase requisitions related to benefits; * Initiate Purchase Requisitions to create purchase orders, considering material and service requirements linked to DHO; * Monitor dispatch of purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring expense postings occur within the scheduled timeframe; * Validate expense postings and arrange for provisioning or reclassification of expenses with the responsible department; * Support posting of benefits-related events to payroll and reconciliation of related information; * Provide employee service, clarifying questions about company-offered benefits; * Conduct research and quotations with new suppliers, assisting coordination in negotiations when necessary; * Assist in updating controls, simple reports, and metrics for the benefits area; * Organize and monitor events related to the DHO area. 2512200202551929212
