Responsibilities: * Understand and execute assembly and repair procedures according to guidelines and procedures issued by leadership; follow assembly instructions and drawings, adhering to applicable standards; identify product anomalies. * Guide personnel in lower-level positions and share technical knowledge to foster their development. * Comply with company rules, legal regulations, and quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures; mitigate risk and accident situations; comply with defined management models, ensuring process alignment with established standards. * Comply with company standards and policies, as well as meet Compliance requirements with suppliers, partners, and external agencies, safeguarding company assets and ethical conduct. Requirements: * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electroelectronics/Mechatronics, with experience in diesel vehicle assembly, or experience in mechanical/electrical workshops and diesel vehicle assembly.
