Job Description We seek professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, delivering direct customer support to the company’s clients. The role involves inbound and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and agility in answering inquiries, registering requests, handling negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnections and reconnections, duplicate bill issuance, and other CEMIG services; Record interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
