Focus on excellence, courtesy, and agility **Job Description:** We are looking for professionals to work as Relationship Attendants at CEMIG, providing direct customer support. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, with emphasis on excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; * Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bill issuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; * Register interactions in internal systems; * Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; * Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and empathy; * Organization and results orientation; * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in teams; * Commitment to the quality of public service.
