




Job Summary: Responsible for issuing and verifying onboarding/offboarding documents, registering employees, processing payroll entries, and assisting with administrative routines. Performing activities in compliance with safety regulations *Driver's license category B preferred; *Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; *Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; *Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities:** Issue and verify lists of onboarding and offboarding documents; Register new employees in the computerized system; Process and verify commission payment spreadsheets; Enter data into the payroll system; Assist with other administrative routines of the department, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures; Monitor employee registry updates in the company's benefit programs; Carry out tasks adhering to safety norms and procedures, in accordance with required courses and training.
