Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring vehicles and routes, managing delivery incidents, communicating with teams, and generating performance and compliance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time vehicle and route monitoring 2. Management of delivery incidents and internal communication 3. Preparation of performance and compliance reports * Monitor vehicles and routes in real time (Garage Out, Pick Up, Drop Off). * Record, track, and resolve delivery incidents. * Communicate\-with drivers and internal teams to align information. * Update transportation status and populate management systems (TMS). * Ensure compliance with risk management guidelines (PGR). * Generate performance and compliance reports using Excel. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
