Acts as the liaison between Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Engineering, ensuring predictability, operational efficiency, and sustainability of results. **Detailed Responsibilities:** Planning and Scheduling Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling activities. Manage the maintenance backlog. Review preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Plan scheduled shutdowns. Execution and Resource Management Ensure resource availability for execution. Coordinate outsourcing of external services. Monitor labor productivity. Cost and Budget Management Develop and control the maintenance budget. Drive cost optimization initiatives. Develop suppliers. Materials and Warehouse Management Ensure efficient spare parts inventory management. Propose improvements to inventory policies. Indicators and Systems Manage maintenance KPIs. Ensure data integrity in the system. Prepare managerial reports. Continuous Improvement Promote initiatives such as TPM/WCM/RCM. Conduct failure analysis. Standardize procedures. People Management Lead and develop the PCM team. Promote training. Foster a culture of discipline. Safety, Quality, and Environment Ensure compliance with regulations. Participate in audits. Ensure legal compliance. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields). Solid experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM). Proven experience in people management and leadership of technical teams.
