




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and utilities teams, developing strategies, evaluating KPIs, and conducting training to ensure alignment with company objectives and asset management. Management of assets and CAPEX for the manufacturing unit Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise maintenance and utilities teams, ensuring alignment with company processes and objectives; * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies; * Evaluate maintenance and utilities KPIs, suggesting improvements and adjusting processes as needed; * Conduct training and team development, encouraging technical updates and best practices; * Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems plans and goals; * Responsible for asset and CAPEX management of the manufacturing unit. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with SAP. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering * Experience with management systems and process best practices.
