We operate with commitment, quality, and socio-environmental responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations on sanitation projects (sewer networks, water systems, drainage, treatment plants, etc.); * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites; * Develop and implement safety procedures, risk assessments, and work permits; * Deliver training sessions, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and onboarding for new employees; * Monitor and investigate incidents/accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures; * Control and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring proper usage; * Assist in issuing legal documentation (PPP, CAT, APR, PCMSO, PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, etc.); * Collaborate with engineering teams and site supervisors to promote a prevention culture; * Ensure compliance with requirements from regulatory authorities (MTE, CIPA, SESMT, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Prior experience in the field, preferably in infrastructure/sanitation projects; * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory standards (NRs); * Ability to prepare reports, action plans, and safety performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a preventive mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with projects funded by public agencies; * Familiarity with integrated management systems (IMS – ISO 45001, ISO 14001\); Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver's license?
