About the position: Responsibilities: * Proactively prospecting new clients within your microregion * Managing the sales pipeline and conducting commercial visits * Consultative selling focused on customized solutions * Building long-term relationships with B2B clients * Submitting reports and participating in commercial meetings with H2M Desired profile: * Proven experience as a Commercial Representative (PJ) * Prior work in packaging industry, stationery, food, or general industry sectors * Solid track record of meeting targets and expanding client portfolios * Excellence in negotiation, communication, and consultative sales * Ability to self-manage, discipline, and resilience * Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership mindset Essential requirements: * Legal entity (PJ) with active CNPJ (mandatory) * Completed high school education (higher education is a plus) * Residency in the target region and familiarity with the local market * Personal vehicle and availability for frequent travel * Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business) * Organization and control over goals and visits * Ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver excellent post-sales service Valued differentiators: * Active client portfolio in industrial or food sectors * Prior experience with plastic packaging, flexible packaging, kraft paper, custom boxes, or bags * Participation in industry trade fairs and events * Strong digital presence (commercial LinkedIn, networking, participation in sales groups) What we offer: * Competitive and market-aligned commissions * Technical support and presentation materials * Product training and alignment with H2M culture * Autonomy with commercial support and clearly defined goals * Growth opportunities in strategic regions Contract type: PJ ?
