Assisting in food preparation and meal distribution Cleaning of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Cleaning and pre\-preparation of vegetables. Assembly of salads according to the established menu and technical specifications. Preparation of juices, snacks, and breakfast items according to the established menu and technical specifications. Assisting in food preparation according to pre\-established menus and technical specifications. Restocking and replenishing products at meal distribution points. Meal distribution. Collection of samples of finished products. Temperature measurement of equipment and products.
