Job Summary: Telephone, email, and in-person customer service; clarification of inquiries regarding services, quotations, and commercial proposals; post-sales follow-up; preparation of customized quotations and commercial proposals; support in price negotiation; prospect research for potential customers and event opportunities; initial outreach; support to the commercial team; contract organization and management; monitoring of document signing, event timelines, and checklists; internal department interaction; and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. COMMERCIAL ANALYST POSITION **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 (Saturdays as needed). **Location**: Vespasiano (behind the Administrative City). **Education**: Completed high school or undergraduate degree (in progress acceptable). **Responsibilities**: \- Provide telephone, email, and in-person customer service. \- Clarify inquiries regarding services, quotations, and commercial proposals. \- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. \- Prepare and send quotations according to customer demand. \- Customize commercial proposals based on event type and scale. \- Support price negotiation, payment terms, and deadlines. \- Research potential customers and event opportunities. \- Conduct initial outreach (via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.). \- Support the commercial team in initiatives. \- Organize and manage service and supplier contracts. \- Monitor document signing and deadline compliance. \- Maintain timelines and checklists for ongoing events. \- Interact with procurement, production, and logistics departments to align requirements. \- Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate and up to date. **Employment Type**: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) **Salary**: R$4\.000,00 **Benefits**: \- Medical assistance \- Dental assistance \- Basic food basket \- Breakfast and lunch provided at the company. \- Transportation allowance Job Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
