We are looking for an **SDR** to actively prospect B2B companies, focusing on **telephone outreach (cold calls)** and **scheduling qualified meetings** for the external sales team. This professional will be responsible for the **entry point of the sales funnel**, ensuring lead volume, quality, and organization — directly contributing to the commercial team’s results. **Responsibilities** * Conduct active B2B prospecting via telephone (cold call); * Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, needs, and potential); * Schedule qualified meetings for the external sales team; * Update and maintain organized information in the CRM; * Follow scripts, processes, and contact cadences; * Work toward targets for number of calls, effective contacts, and scheduled meetings; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the sales funnel. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and discipline for a commercial routine * Willingness to learn and develop in sales * Completed high school education **What We Offer** * Fixed salary * Ongoing training in sales and negotiation * Professional growth plan * Collaborative environment with close leadership **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR or Pre\-Sales professional in B2B; * Experience with cold calling; * Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification; * Experience with CRM systems (Kommo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
