Contribution to continuous improvement of sales strategies **Position Objective** To manage the final stage of the commercial process, including qualification of advanced leads, proposal negotiation, and contract closing. The professional will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities for customer retention and upselling, analyzing results, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Qualify leads coming from previous stages of the sales funnel * Conduct negotiations, present proposals, and close sales * Address commercial objections with a focus on conversion * Maintain customer relationships and generate new opportunities * Analyze results and suggest improvements to the commercial process * Ensure efficient communication with the team and provide strategic feedback * In-person and online customer service and sales **Requirements** * Completed high school education (mandatory) * Proven experience in consultative sales (negotiation and closing) * Experience in lead qualification and CRM usage * Experience in customer relationship management and post-sales (desirable) * Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Goal- and results-oriented profile * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Analytical capability for strategic adjustments * Ability to handle objections and commercial pressure * Preferred: Knowledge of the **Sankhya** system **Compensation and Benefits** * Commission: **2% of sales** (DSR already included) * For the **first four months**, the company supplements earnings up to **R$ 4,000.00** * Starting from the 5th month: earnings based on performance * Transportation allowance paid by the company * Dental plan **Uniodonto Nacional** * Fixed salary: R$1,758.00 * Average earnings: R$3,500.00 to R$8,500.00 **Working Hours** Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch) Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
