Currently, we rank among Brazil's largest hotel management companies, operating 22 hotels across 7 states under the ibis, ibis Styles, ibis Budget, Mercure, and Pousada Praia dos Carneiros brands. We seek a **Warehouse Clerk** to join our team, responsible for controlling, organizing, and supplying materials to ensure proper operational functioning and support for all hotel departments. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and store materials in the warehouse * Procure supplies with focus on price, delivery time, and quality; approve new suppliers * Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic stocktaking * Pick and dispatch materials according to requests * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse * Record material inflows and outflows in the system (TOTVS) Requirements: * Prior experience in warehouse operations * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner * Strong communication skills and accuracy in recording information * Basic computer proficiency for data entry
