* Contribute to maintaining and strengthening customer relationships by acting as an intermediary between the company and customers regarding post-sales service matters: inquiries, information requests, various requests, suggestions, and complaints. * Perform customer service center (SAC) activities in accordance with internal policies and procedures, aiming to enhance effectiveness, organization, and agility throughout the entire customer service process. * Seek rapid and efficient solutions to address customer requests, following established scripts and procedures, thereby ensuring greater security and credibility in the process and promoting customer satisfaction with the company. * Provide customer support via existing communication channels, clarifying their questions and requests to meet their expectations and needs. * Conduct post-sales and satisfaction surveys, when necessary, to assess customers' satisfaction levels regarding services and company support. * Assist customers in using the company's mobile application, encouraging its use for various service requests. * Support other company departments in routine tasks related to handling customer communications, enabling effective follow-up. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in customer service or SAC — minimum of 6 months. * Availability for flexible working hours and on-site work. * Completed high school education. **COMPETENCIES** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Microsoft Office Suite — Intermediate level. * Focused attention. * Analytical mindset with emphasis on identifying root causes of problems. * Excellent argumentation and negotiation skills. * Good interpersonal relationship skills. * Assertiveness. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations. * Quick thinking. * Skill in resolving adverse situations. * Proficiency in interacting with people.
