




Job Summary: This Apprentice will support commercial and administrative activities, including customer service, organization of materials and documents, and making phone calls. Support the organization of commercial materials, campaigns, and promotional activities; Make phone calls to members to inform them about cards; Organize documents and files related to commercial activities; Perform other related administrative tasks as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education (preferably from the 2nd year onward); In compliance with current legislation for Apprenticeship Programs (ages 18–22); Enrollment in the Administration course at Serpaf; Computer skills (Microsoft Office), strong oral and written communication skills; Organizational ability, proactivity, and initiative; **Benefits:** Private pension plan, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
