Assemble, prepare, and sanitize dishes and food items. Handle food in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist in pre\-preparation of ingredients. Plate dishes according to established standards. Organize the kitchen and inventory. Plan and delegate tasks to the team. Perform duties typical of a Kitchen Chef role. On\-site work in Lagoa Santa / MG. Previous experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Cook, or Food and Beverage Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
