Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** WHS Assistant in a factory with 5 production lines. KPIs: Loading/unloading time, BPA, BPS, AOP, Inventory accuracy (value/items), tons/man/hour, absenteeism, and turnover **Your Impact** Issuing POs for supplier payments—SAP; Onboarding new employees; Creating deliveries for transfer loading; Monitoring the operational scenario per shift; Systematic blocking of detained products; Sending transportation documents for billing; Supporting BPA/MIP/EHS Snacks audits; Entering all materials received from other units and third parties into SAP; Correcting batch and expiry dates for materials showing discrepancies between physical and system records. Monitoring intermediate material transition zones in SAP to ensure no pending items due to user or system movement errors. Compliance with GCS SOX requirements; Traceability and system blocking in SAP for quality-detained materials; Controlling and reallocating materials transferred to other units; Managing and reconciling quality-related material issues with customers, DCs, and DVCs; Returning physically and systemically detained pallets to production; Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Food Safety standards defined in SGSA, and applying policies at your workplace; Complying with Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, and 5S standards. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
