Then join us at Globo Pharma! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving and verifying Fiscal Invoices (NF) and Electronic Freight Bills (CT\-e); * Managing documentation and recording received payments; * Identifying and reconciling payments; * Verifying fiscal invoices, reports, and freight bills to ensure compliance with fiscal and operational requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Working hours: 2nd Shift (2:10 PM to 10:30 PM, alternating Saturdays); * Basic knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics software, and management tools; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Prior experience with SAP system is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meals provided at the company; Meal card; Shuttle service / Transportation Allowance (VT); Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance.
