If you seek challenges and an inclusive, diverse, and stimulating environment, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career! **Responsibilities and Duties** **The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:** * Perform aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with manufacturer procedures, aviation authorities, customer requirements, and GOL Aerotech standards, including: * Engine Short Term Preservation and Long Term Preservation; * A/B Checks, C Checks, and Service Checks; * LRU replacement and SPM Repairs; * S/B inspections (Level II); * QEC Strip & Build Up; * Repairs on AFT and FWD Mounts; * Engine Rating Conversion; * Outlet Guide Vanes replacement; * Repairs on Acoustic Panel and TRF Studs; * Supply/Scavenge Tubes replacement; * Fan Blade blending and repair; * FCC (Fan Containment Case), FIC (Fan Inlet Case), and FFC (Fan Frame Case) mapping; * Report and Repair and Fuel Nozzles replacement (under supervision); * Inspection and repair of electrical, electronic, and avionic components. * Contribute to workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety, ensuring proper allocation of materials, tools, products, and technical documentation. * Support activity optimization through the use of systems for accessing procedures, materials, and tasks related to the area of operation. * Ensure smooth execution of departmental activities by monitoring tasks performed by assistants and Workshop Technicians I, providing continuous feedback to the team and immediate leadership. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of departmental processes through suggestions and critical analysis of performed activities. * Ensure correct execution of activities performed by assistants and workshop technicians through technical supervision and guidance guaranteeing safety, quality, and operational compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential items in your baggage:** * Completed high school education. * Completed technical training from recognized institutions (SENAI, SEST SENAT, Cotemig or similar). * Technical course in Aircraft Maintenance (MMA). * Valid CHT (Certificado de Habilitação Técnica). * Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. * Technical skills to perform low- and medium-complexity tasks. **Desirable Knowledge** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Here, you fly higher with the Travel Benefit**, which allows you to issue domestic and international airline tickets at special discounted rates for yourself, family members, and friends. **And we must not forget the Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass or Totalpass; * Partnership club with hundreds of affiliated companies; * Birthday day off; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Important Information:** * Work Location: CMM - Lagoa Santa **If you identify with our Way, apply now and become part of the Eagles Team!
