Internal document organization and attendance tracking support **FULL-TIME POSITION – HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (CLT)** We are hiring a professional to work in the Human Resources department under a permanent CLT employment contract as a **Human Resources Assistant**. **The professional will be responsible for:** * Providing administrative support to external employees; * Addressing customer requests; * Controlling and managing hiring and termination processes; * Organizing internal documents; * Managing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Supporting attendance tracking and payroll closing. **What we offer:** * Monthly salary of R$ 2.047,98; * Meal allowance of R$ 29.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan at no cost after completion of the probationary period. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Work location:** Barro Preto – Belo Horizonte/MG. **What we are looking for:** * Incomplete or ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in Labor Book (Carteira de Trabalho) as a Human Resources Assistant, with at least 1 year in the role; * Residency in Belo Horizonte; * Proactive attitude in serving customers and employees; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection is considered a plus.
