Position: Internal Sales Representative – Cosmetics We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team in the cosmetics segment. Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary: R$ 1.817,20 * Goal-based commission: up to R$ 2.000,00 * Transportation allowance paid in cash * Working hours: Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities: * Conduct internal cosmetic sales; * Prospect new customers (via phone, WhatsApp, and social media); * Provide post-sales customer service and support; * Monitor orders and ensure sales completion; * Handle collections and payment tracking; * Maintain active relationships with the customer portfolio. Requirements: * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization and accountability; * Sales experience is a plus; * Basic computer and social media knowledge. Desired Profile: * Proactivity; * Focus on goals and results; * Prior experience in this field is desirable; * A degree or technologist qualification in commercial management is desirable; * Ability to work well in a team; * Commitment.
