Position: Recruitment and Selection Assistant We are looking for a dynamic, organized professional with a strong interest in Recruitment and Selection to join our team. In this role, you will support the identification, attraction, and selection of candidates for various company positions. Main Responsibilities: Assist in resume screening Support the conduct of interviews Organize and monitor selection processes Maintain the candidate database up to date Provide support for HR recruitment-related routines You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in an environment that values professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.
