Monitoring of resources and handling technical service requests IT ASSISTANT POSITION Location: Sete Lagoas \- MG **Responsibilities:** Provide support and maintenance for the information technology infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of servers, networks, and corporate systems. Work under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, assisting with equipment installation and configuration, resource monitoring, and handling technical service requests. **Requirements:** Technical course in Informatics or ongoing/completed higher education in related fields. **Working Hours:** Mon to Fri, 07:30 to 17:18 **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company, food allowance BRL 320.00, chartered transportation, life insurance, medical and dental plans, and PPR (Profit Sharing Plan).
