Support for internal IT projects and requests **Job Description:** We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our team and support information technology activities. The professional will assist in equipment maintenance, provide support to users and students, organize systems, and track technical tickets. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to staff and students; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other equipment; * Install and configure software and hardware; * Support access control, passwords, and email accounts; * Assist in organizing network infrastructure and cabling; * Register and track technical tickets until resolution; * Support the IT team in internal projects and requests. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Technical degree in Information Technology; * Basic knowledge of operating systems; * Familiarity with hardware and software; * Proactivity, good communication skills, and punctuality; * Flexible availability. **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon. **Location:** Ribeirão das Neves, MG Job Type: Part-time, Internship Compensation: R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
