We are looking for an **HR Analyst** to work in the Personnel Administration area, supporting the execution and control of key processes related to the employee lifecycle. This position will be responsible for ensuring proper management of routines such as onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, vacation administration, and benefits—ensuring compliance with labor legislation and established deadlines. In addition, the role involves constant interaction with employees and managers, providing HR-related support and guidance. We seek an organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail, contributing to process efficiency and service quality delivered to our internal customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage client mobilization documentation, ensuring timely submission of requested information; * Manage documentation related to labor proceedings, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and deadlines; * Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to established timelines; * Administer employee vacation granting, ensuring correct application of regulations and deadlines; * Monitor and perform payroll timekeeping closure, ensuring data accuracy and timely payroll processing; * Advise employees and managers on questions regarding benefits, time tracking, and other HR routines; * Administer company-offered benefits, performing registration updates (additions, deletions, modifications), interfacing with vendors, and supporting employees; * Verify billing and monitor benefit costs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and resolution of any inconsistencies. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, etc.);• Solid knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, and benefits processes; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Proactive attitude; * Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers; * Commitment to Epiroc’s values and culture. **Why Apply?** This is an opportunity to build a solid career in a critical HR function, with direct involvement in processes that sustain the company’s operations and compliance.
