Job Summary: Industrial Maintenance Analyst responsible for scheduling and controlling maintenance plans, analyzing failures, costs, and KPIs, as well as developing actions and managing suppliers. Management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plans Schedule and control preventive and corrective maintenance plans; analyze machine and equipment failures; analyze maintenance-related expenses; analyze maintenance KPIs; develop action plans; develop new suppliers; and assess the need to purchase replacement parts. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY** * Generate maintenance performance reports, measuring data to ensure proper process monitoring; * Analyze technical assessments and inventories of equipment to ensure accurate maintenance tracking and improvement projections; * Analyze reports issued by the PM maintenance module to support strategic maintenance planning; * Analyze maintenance expenses and control the maintenance budget; assist in preparing the maintenance budget; * Issue purchase requisitions for equipment and materials according to scheduling needs and monitor deliveries to meet pre\-established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE SPARK WE SEEK** Required * Completed technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, GPI, Toolmaking, or Automation; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of calculations; * Knowledge of SAP\-PM; * Industrial Maintenance experience; * Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. **TO HIGHLIGHT THIS SPARK** Desirable: * Knowledge of integrated systems in the field; * Data management systems (BI); * Intermediate Excel.
