Support to the protocol and event organization team We are seeking an organized, proactive, and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our team at an event venue. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); * Support in finalizing event contracts (weddings, parties, etc.); * Scheduling and coordinating venue visits; * Document, contract, and payment tracking; * Support to the protocol team and event organization; * Updating spreadsheets and administrative systems. Requirements: * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Organization, responsibility, and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in events, protocol, or customer service; * Proficiency with social media and WhatsApp Business; * Dynamic profile with enthusiasm for working in events. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (business hours) \+ weekend availability as per event schedule. Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
