Your responsibilities * Perform complex accounting reconciliations, including fixed assets, payroll, and taxes * Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings accurately and within deadlines * Prepare balance sheets, trial balances, and financial statements in compliance with current accounting standards * Calculate and submit ancillary obligations (SPED, ECD, ECF, and other declarations) * Ensure the company’s and clients’ accounting compliance with CFC standards and tax legislation Mandatory requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting * Experience in an accounting firm or corporate accounting department * Proficiency in reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts * Knowledge of accounting closing and preparation of financial statements Desirable differentiators * Active registration with CRC (Regional Accounting Council) * Familiarity with accounting systems (Domínio, Alterdata, Questor, or similar) * Knowledge of IFRS or accounting standards for SMEs * Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, or Taxation Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired education:* Specialization in Accounting and Auditing, Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree
