Develop and guide the technical team A Brazilian company with global operations, specializing in developing advanced technological solutions for X-ray inspection and security scanners, is seeking a Tech Lead to join its Technology team. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the architecture and evolution of the Protheus ERP, including customizations and integrations. * Act as a bridge between IT and business areas, identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. * Manage internal projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and delivery efficiency. * Develop and guide the technical team, promoting best practices and continuous upskilling. * Ensure quality, security, and innovation in solutions by applying DevOps practices. * Monitor the environment, resolve incidents, and optimize system performance. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Strong hands-on experience with Protheus ERP in internal projects; * Advanced ADVPL; * SQL experience; * Experience with REST and SOAP integrations; * Experience with DevOps practices applied to ERP; * Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). ### **Behavioral Profile** * Clear communication; * Organization and management of multiple priorities; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility. ### **Benefits** * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Health insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
