You will support administrative routines, including document organization, spreadsheets, registrations, and customer service—combining supervised practical experience at the company with theoretical training at SERPAF. **Key Responsibilities (practical learning)** * Supporting document organization, archiving, and digitization; * Updating spreadsheets and registration databases; * Assisting with customer service (phone/email) and logging/directing requests; * Performing simple administrative entries and controls as directed by the department. **Location:** Sete Lagoas – MG **Training Institution:** SERPAF **Contract Duration:** 18 months **Course Start Date:** **22/06/2026** **Requirements** * Be aged between 18 and 22; * Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school; * Show interest in working in the administrative area within the industrial sector; * Have schedule availability according to the apprenticeship program: + Practical Training (PETROLUB): Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM\. + Course (SERPAF): Fridays, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM\. * **APPLY BY 01/06/2026\.**
