Responsibilities: Conduct clients for visits to available rental properties Present properties, highlighting their features and benefits Provide customer service to prospective tenants, clarifying doubts and offering support throughout the process Assist with general tasks in the leasing department Maintain organization of visits and track completed customer interactions Requirements: Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities Proactivity and organizational skills Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.768,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
