Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, moving, and storing materials, as well as collaborating in failure prevention and promoting best practices within the department. Here, everyone is welcome! “This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.” **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure department organization, cleaning, and sanitation of owned and shared equipment; * Move and handle materials on pallets and individually; * Perform material receiving and dispatching; * Record information and complete checklists using available equipment and software to support task execution; * Store products in inventory; * Report performance metrics and anomalies to direct leadership; * Distribute weight appropriately across pallets for dispatched materials; * Collaborate in preventing failures; in case of incidents, reconstruct events, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions; * Share knowledge, promote best practices, and guide colleagues during daily work routines; * Conduct product counting and inventory control using FIFO; * Perform rotating counts and inventories; * Stack materials efficiently to optimize dispatch operations; * Maintain company equipment and assets; * Perform visual inspection checklists at the beginning and end of each activity; * Carry out other related tasks as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (CNH); * NR 11 certification; * Prior experience in this role; * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. **Additional Information** Please see our benefits below: National Unimed Health Insurance (ward or private room); Amil Dental Insurance (basic, intermediate, and executive plans); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Maternity Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
