




Job Summary: Manage the Quality team, coordinating product development, process audits, and KPI monitoring to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. KPI monitoring and technical customer support management QUALITY COORDINATOR POSITION Location: Sete Lagoas - MG Responsibilities: Manage the Quality team operating in production, administrative, and customer service areas, with a focus on: * Managing Quality activities related to product and process development, following internal methodology (APQP/PPAP), ensuring customer requirements (drawings and standards) are properly considered and met; * Coordinating activities and the team of Inspectors responsible for process audits and their ongoing monitoring; * Monitoring and analyzing Quality area KPIs, proposing improvement actions when necessary; * Managing Technical Assistants who work directly with customers, ensuring technical support, requirement alignment, and adherence to established quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience in the automotive sector is a plus; * Preferred: Training in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green/Black Belt); Benefits: Food basket, meals at the company, health insurance for employee and dependents, dental insurance, and profit-sharing.
