Here, our employees (the bessers) can count on an environment that drives career growth and offers the opportunity to tackle financial market challenges alongside those who understand them best. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, design, and execute software testing (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory), ensuring delivery quality. * Perform API testing (REST/JSON) using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar, validating requests, responses, and business rules. * Validate integrations between systems and services, ensuring consistency and integrity of transmitted data. * Execute queries on relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle), focusing on data validation and supporting test scenario analysis. * Analyze system logs and perform troubleshooting to identify and diagnose failures in distributed environments. * Work in server environments (Linux and Windows), performing navigation, process analysis, and execution of basic commands to support validations. * Conduct testing in controlled staging and production environments, ensuring stability and risk mitigation. * Use version control tools (Git) and demand management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) for activity control, traceability, and organization. * Develop and maintain test documentation, including scenarios, evidence, and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards. * Support test automation initiatives, contributing to improved efficiency and test coverage (where applicable). * Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence concepts as a differentiator in testing processes and continuous quality improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in software testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. * Knowledge of API testing (REST/JSON) using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar. * Experience validating integrations between systems and services. * Proficiency in SQL for queries, data validation, and analysis in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle). * Experience analyzing logs and troubleshooting to identify failures in distributed systems. * Familiarity with server and infrastructure environments (Linux/Windows), including navigation, process analysis, and execution of basic commands. * Experience conducting tests in controlled staging and production environments. * Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and demand tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Experience in test automation will be considered a plus. * Ability to document test scenarios, evidence, and results, ensuring traceability and delivery quality. * Knowledge of AI will be a plus. **Work Schedule**: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **Work Location**: BS2 Bank Head Office \ Luxemburgo, Belo Horizonte \- MG **Our Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance of BRL 1,109.90 per month; Food allowance of BRL 882.45 per month; 13th-month food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); * ️ Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Private pension plan; Childcare allowance of BRL 678.08 per child up to age 6; Maternar Program: Professional support throughout pregnancy and postpartum; Lactation room for returning mothers; Wellhub, formerly Gympass; * ️ Wellz, an online platform for health and emotional well-being; Partnerships with educational institutions offering study discounts; ️ Dayoff: One day off on your birthday; Potencializa: Our internal e-learning platform; Employee loan program; * Reduced workweek: 40 hours per week; Transportation allowance, with only a 4% payroll deduction.
