




Job Summary: A professional responsible for layout, measurement, and inspection of parts; analysis of non-conformities; calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment; and preparation of reports and training. Key Highlights: 1. Performing layout and measurement of raw and machined parts 2. Maintaining three-dimensional measuring equipment 3. Preparing technical reports and training teams Perform layout on raw parts by measuring and marking specific locations using a laser tracker and a coordinate measuring arm, in accordance with the 2D drawing; Conduct analysis on samples of raw parts using a laser tracker, if necessary; Participate in management meetings aimed at identifying improvements for non-conformities in production; Inspect machined parts and verify the quality of performed services; Calibrate conventional measuring instruments; Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on three-dimensional measuring equipment (Faro arm and laser tracker); Identify and segregate non-conforming parts according to the exit procedure; Perform measurements using conventional instruments; Carry out external tasks related to measurements and manual rework of machined parts; Prepare technical reports and report part conditions (e.g., thickness, excess material, etc.); Deliver training on procedures for handling measuring equipment and completing reports, ensuring team readiness for task execution; Develop procedures related to layout processes for raw parts;
