This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Professional Development Coordinator **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 8625\.44 **UNIT:** São Mateus/ES \- CN Unit \- No. 123 \- SENAT **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities at the Operational Unit, ensuring the efficiency of SENAT's teaching and learning process in accordance with Executive Department guidelines, and develops marketing initiatives for SENAT's products. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Juridical Sciences, Economics, or Administration (Bachelor’s or Teaching License). Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Official declaration of course completion, accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in management positions. 2\) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS registration title is directly related to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
