**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **?? Your Key Responsibilities** * Conduct inspections and tests using **quality control tools** to ensure product compliance. * Record and analyze production data with the aid of **electronic spreadsheets** to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. * Apply methodologies such as **5S** and **PDCA** to maintain workplace organization and drive continuous process improvement. * Prepare non-conformance reports to support corrective and preventive actions. * Assist in calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to ensure result accuracy. **?? How You Will Collaborate and Deliver Impact** * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvements based on quality analyses. * Participate in team meetings to communicate results and propose solutions that elevate quality standards. * Contribute to the development of internal training programs focused on best practices and **ISO** standards. * Support management in reviewing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce rework. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Degree in **Quality Engineering**, **Business Administration**, **Production Engineering**, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **technical English** for reading and interpreting documentation. **?? Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in **quality control tools**, such as **SPC** (Statistical Process Control) and **FMEA** (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). * Experience with quality management systems, preferably **ISO 9001**. * Skill in using software such as **Advanced Excel** for data analysis and reporting. * Knowledge of **internal audits** and action plan development. **?? Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail. * Proactivity in identifying continuous improvement opportunities. * Strong communication skills for collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines. **??
